Rangeview Villas is based on the successful development concept of nine other similar lifestyle villages all undertaken by R.J. Ker Contractors Limited. The two most recent are Holdsworth in Masterton and Brookvale in Paraparaumu.

The village is to be comprised of 70 single-storey homes arranged in pairs in the landscaped gardens with each villa having its own gardens. The village itself has a central garden, with other green areas interspersed throughout.

Villa owners can choose from one of four villa designs, allowing them to pick a home to suit their individual needs in terms of size, floor plan and affordability. Some designs include the possibility of a mezzanine floor. The Plan 3 villas do not include a garage, however, separate garages will be built in the village and available to rent.
